Smartzweb is a provider of digital marketing and design, and they approached me to design an app for their latest client project—Rock or Not. A younger audience would use Rock or Not to showcase their fashion sense and to get likes ('rocks') or dislikes ('nots').
I chose to use a minimal color palette given the age and fashion interest of the audience. Consequently, opposing colors strike a balance between colorful and austere. Rock or Not itself was brimming with features. This included the ability to send out a fashion 'SOS' or to quickly swipe through friend's outfits. In the light of so many features, I kept the overall design clean and uncluttered.
