Smartzweb wanted to provide a new service to their customers—a website health report. Customers can request a customized ongoing report of the statistics and overall health of their website. However, these digital reports needed to be flexible enough to allow changing data but still look engaging.
To give the customer an easy indication of how well their site is doing at a glance, I implemented a 'traffic light' color scheme. Lots of green means good site health, orange means average site health, and red site health means bad site health. In case the customer was not familiar with all of the terminology (such as email blacklist), I also included a set of simple illustrative icons.
